Services are billed at the beginning of the month.

  • Netting

  • Brushing tiles, steps and walls of the pool

  • Vacuuming the pool floor with Riptide vaccum

  • Clear debris in pump and skimmer(s) basket

  • Clean out the bag of the pressure side automatic pool cleaner vacuum, if any

  • Rinse metal screen for the pressure side automatic pool cleaner vacuum, if any

  • Pool water chemical balancing (shock, chlorine tablets, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, algaecide, & phosphate remover are included)

  • Pool equipment check ups

  • Filter pressure check ups

  • Assess for leaks in the pool pump area

  • For pools with salt chlorinators, the salt bags needed are included

  • For DE(diatomaceous earth) filter pools, backwash and rinse with DE powder is included
